I'll start this review by telling you the Organized Crime website is horribly out of date - I am pretty sure they are no longer selling the 2007 and 2008 wines (especially the 2008 Pinot Noir), because I'm positive I just tried this 2012 Pinot. Now I don't remember the OC being large Pinot producers, but I see they did have one back in 2008, so this is not their first. Of course the name of the wine falls right in line with the story behind the winery (for that you CAN see the website). This wine has a nice fruit driven core with white pepper and touches of spice nibbling at the outside and for you Pinot Noir fans there's a definite earthy quality in here too.
