If you like your Riesling on the sweet yet refreshing side this just might be your wine. The nose is white fruited, dominated by Bosc pear ... the palate shows off that pear and adds apple - but that's not all that this wine adds. In it's making 3% of Riesling icewine is added back to kick the sweetness up a notch (bam!); but before you get all freaky about 'too sweet' let me tell you that its balanced off nicely with the acid backbone of the wine.
