Sauvignon Blanc seems to be a hot grape in Ontario these days, is it that everybody is now trying to make a wine from this grape, or it is now just getting noticed? This Stoney Ridge version may seem simple in its description but it certainly isn't simplistic when you are tasting it. The nose is peach and citrus with a palate of peach and lemon with a lovely long finish that carries on crisp and clean with really good tartness of acidity.
