This is a very Mosel-style Riesling, keeping the low alcohol (9%) and sweetness and balanced off with good acidity. There are plenty of flavours and smells to get excited about: pear, peach and green apple fruit with mineral and talc aromas that translate into flavours that include lemon drop and green apple … the sweetness is an underlay with good acidity to keep it at bay.
