For those keeping track, this is Cave Spring’s 8th Riesling in their portfolio … and this time it’s a limited edition, 130 case production wine. This is a fruit-driven number full of delicious apple, pear and peach, all with made a Mosel feel. The finish is clean and fresh with lime cordial along with lime pith notes and a delicate 10.9% alcohol. In a nutshell it has a sweet mid-palate and dry citrus finish; a nice addition to the Cave Spring line. Price: $24.95 – Rating: ****+
