I tried to get in to taste some of Aure's wines back in February (2012) but they are closed for the winter months ... that's what happens when you're a new winery with an unproven track record. I finally got to taste this wine during Cuvee 2012. The nose is mineral driven with pear and green apple notes; flvaour is lemon-lime through the mid-palate with a crisp lemon finish.
