The 3 p’s in this white wine are all Pinots: Blanc (43%), Gris (33%) and Noir (27%) and were taken from select vineyards. It’s a very interesting premise for a wine if you take into account its make up … and a good wine without taking note of the grapes. The nose has a hint of pear along with lemongrass and hay notes. The palate keeps you coming back for more with flavours of pear, apple, a touch of vanilla and hints of spice; it’s mouth-filling yet with crisp cleansing acidity … food friendly or just a sit around sipper, either way it’s a fun wine.
