This blended Pinot is an LCBO brand for Coyote's Run to be released thru Vintages. It is a blend of off-site and estate (35%) fruit made as a base-model Pinot for those who think good Pinot can only be expensive. The nose is full of spiced-cranberry and sour cherry, while the palate has telltale Pinot notes of earthy, sour cherry and cranberry with good acidity and spice on the finish. This is really good value in a basic Pinot, it shows real depth and elegance especially for its price point. It should convert quite a few sceptics in its path. Price: $19.95 - Rating: ****+
