Part of the Valentine’s Day release at Vintages (February 5, 2011). I have tried the range of current Flourish wines and find them all passable but not very exciting, until I tried this 2007 icewine, there are a couple of reasons for excitement here – it tastes exactly like you’d expect a Vidal Icewine to taste with its honeyed white fruit like apples, peaches and apricots; but what should really jazz you is the price, $18.95, for this easily shareable 200ml bottle.
