In the mouth for Last year the County Cider Company made quite a splash with their “Fool on the Hill” label and especially with their Pinot Gris. Well it would seem that winemaker (and cider maker) Jenifer Dean has done it again with this delightful summer sip. A pretty floral and tropical nose is followed by a light and fanciful fruit and floral mix in the mouth.
