For those looking for a well priced late harvest, this is your find. The nose is full of dried fruit, namely pear, peach, apple and apricot all rolled in a thin coating of wildflower honey. In the mouth, you’ll find similarities to the nez with honeyed apricot, pear and peach flavour … very delicate and very delicious. Ranks only a 7 on the sugar scale, which is less than half of what an icewine would rate. Yet, it has all the flavour you’d expect from that kind of sweetie, and at a third the price. Price: $15.95 / 375ml – Rating: ****
