This fortified wine takes it's name from the burn and the pleasure it delivers in the mouth. It's a mix of Cabernet Franc icewine and late harvest wine fortified with alcohol to 21%. It has a sweet beginning with a real spicy finish, and a hint of burn going down. Harvey Hollingshead, owner and winemaker, says that this is a "winter wine" good for growing hair on your chest and warming the cockles of your being on a cold winter's night.
