This 2010 Cab was aged 18 months in 3 year old French barrels to keep a lot of the fruit intact. The nose is front loaded with black cherry and vanilla; the palate is dark fruited with strawberry and cherry, a little earthiness, cedar, spice and graphite notes - and it all mixes well with that fruit.
