The grapes for this wine are sourced from the vineyard located on the home property of Rosehall Run. Winemaker Dan Sullivan has been quietly making some of the best wines in the County, from his delicious Pinot Noirs to his wonderful Cabernet Francs. So its not surprising that he’s making good whites too – Rieslings and Chardonnays. This wine is one of the County wines heading to England for the Cool Chardonnay tasting and it will impress those who believe Ontario wines only come from Niagara. Loads of buttery-vanilla with a hint of spice on the nose. The palate is full of baked apple and vanilla along with nice fruit on the mid-palate and good balancing acidity.
