Some say that if a wine's aromas and flavours don't come together then you're stuck with an unbalanced wine. I think you end up with something more interesting, and in turn makes you think. The nose of this bubbly has hints of petrol, lemon meringue pie and sour dough; yet the palate seems to hold-on to none of these, instead showing fruit oriented flavours, like green apple and peach pit ... all ending with some lively acidity.
