Icewine, it seems, is an acquired taste, kinda like Port and Sherry, and each one of us acquired it in a different way. Some like the high acid numbers, others like it sweet and sticky, others like it to be mouth-filling and syrupy ... to each his own I say (chacun son gout) - this Strewn version seems to hit the right marks for everybody: the nose doles out honeyed white fruit like apricots, pears and apples and even a hint of peach with a touch of spice.
