What is this closure I see before me? Why it's a screwcap, on a bottle of Rosehall Run wine; now maybe I'm out of the loop on what Dan Sullivan is doing, but I don't believe I've seen a cap on any of his reds before. This is an unoaked Gamay, part of the Cuvee County line of wines, which gives up vineyard specificity for regional flavour - and in truth it's a simple concept for a simple wine that is just loaded with cherry aromas and flavours; a wine that you could definitely serve chilled with a plate a charcuterie, why not.
