There's quite a bit going on in this wine, but also not too much to be over-bearing ... I guess one would could call it well-balanced: hints of vanilla and apple on the nose, the palate is not too buttery (but it is there), not too much vanilla (tho it is there too), apple, lime and hints of spice lead to the elegant finish.
