When Erie Shore puts "Cabernet" on the label they mean Cabernet Franc, because it's the Cabernet they believe in, they don't grow the kid, just the father. The nose is an inviting smoked-raspberry, while the palate is rich on fruit: cherry, raspberry and a nice display of spice along with smooth, silky tannins.
