This is an organic Bordeaux-style blend that is dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon (56%) and includes 37.5% Cabernet Franc and only 6.6% Merlot. The nose is slightly smoky with raspberry, cherry and hints of spiced wood. This all follows onto the palate with nice balancing acidity, and accompanying tannins.
