As Richard Karlo toils in Prince Edward County with Frontenac Gris there are plenty who wonder why he bothers with such a beast ... but once you try something as interesting as his rosé made from the grape, you see (or taste) that he just might be onto something. Some red fruit like raspberry and cherry with some rather interesting spice notes and cranberry undertones, there is a little sweetness amongst a mostly tart finish that has hints of rhubarb.
