A few months ago I discovered a five star value in Niagara and now I`ve located another, but this time in the Lake Erie North Shore. What I mean by five-star value is a wine that over delivers at its price point. This Cab is all black fruit, cassis and spice, especially on the nose, but the palate is starting to come around, fighting off those firm tannins, we should see this resolve itself over the next 2-3 years.
