Everybody, and I do mean everybody, is in the Sauvignon Blanc business these days. SO I have to admit I was not surprised to see a bottling of it at Tawse ... previously a restaurant-only wine they have upped production to 1000 cases and made it available to the general public. The nose is a lovely melon (a la honeydew) and delicious apple combination ... on the palate the melon gets cranked up until the grapefruit cocktail finish takes over. A really nice summer sipper.
