This is one wine that needs food as an accompaniment, aged 13 months in a blend of both new and old French oak barrels, and its very Chardonnay-like, I don't think there is any way you would guess this wine as anything else but a Chardonnay. Butterscotch, vanilla, with a long luxurious taste that has bundles of oak.
