Great price for this first year labour of love product from owner and winemaker Paul Lizak. This wine spent, what seems like an extended 22 months in French oak, but once you taste it you'll see why; this wine really packs a punch. Smooth with black fruit and spicy characteristics, medium alcohol (13%), big taste in the mouth with a bit of heat. Pepper and black cherry take the mid-palate presence while the finish is ripe with peppered-strawberries. Price: $18.95
