Here's a multi-layered Chardonnay that currently shows more on the nose than it does on the palate. Smells of baked apple, melon rind, vanilla and buttered hazelnuts; the taste profile isn't as interesting, as of yet, but I suppose with a little time in bottle it'll catch up. Right now you'll get some typical Chardonnay notes of buttery-vanilla, toast and apple skin. Buy now and save for a couple of years before opening to allow those smells and flavours to mesh together.
