The newest "second label" from Stratus (I think this is number 3 behind WildAss and Toll Gate) is not the "Kabang" one would think of when encountering the word (ie: explosion in the mouth) - but this one does have a good red fruit and dark fruit mix along with anise and cinnamon spices, you'll also find a touch of smoked cedar.
