The college has a new label, gone is the cartoon-ish college theme ... in favour of a more modern look. They've also changed the name of some of their wines - this is the Balance Pinot Noir - I have no idea where the name comes from so there's something to ask when you get to this winery. This Pinot Noir has a big tannin structure with earthy cran-cherry and good acidity - but it does need some time to unhitch some of those tannins from the fruit. Price: $19.15 - Rating: *** 1/2+
