This is a first at Between the Lines, the first Merlot in the Reserve line and it’s a big one, having rested some 18 months in new French oak. Aromas are of off blueberry, cassis and violet, while the palate doles out blueberry and cassis with a mild, almost silky, mid-palate that last onto the finish.
