Truthly the best wine I tasted at the Mascota tasting. 100% Argentinean Cab that’s a selection of grapes aged 15 months in a mixture of American and French oak barrels (all new). Sweet and juicy with blackberry, black cherry and ripe fruit with spices on the finish; but there’s more like hints of vanilla, shakes of pepper and a medium length finish – plus it can age 5-7 years due to the tannin and acid structure holding the wine up – outstanding value.  Price: $13.95 – Rating: ****
