Tasted in 2017 … A lot goes into this special cuvee, which is what makes it, so special. First the base wine for this batch is 2012/2011 and spends a minimum of 3 years in bottle and 5% of the wine comes from “aged” wines that have been resting in magnum for just such an occasion. This Cuvee also makes up 80% of Bollie’s production: creamy mouthfeel with apple, lime, vanilla and brioche all mixing in to give you that that pure Bollinger experience.  Price: $78.95 – Rating: ****+
