It seems that Chardonnay is popular across Canada, even where people think mostly of reds, the “hot” Okanagan Valley. This one is loaded with peaches and vanilla cream along with delicious apple and a lively spice-laced acidic finish that helps cleanse the palate.  Rating: ****
