A rosé brut that relies heavily on the Pinots: Noir (18%) and even more so on the Meunier (45%) with a healthy dose of Chardonnay (36%) – There’s a delicious wild strawberry note to this bubbly that rides the palate, as well as the nose, from beginning to end and a real kick of tart to on finish … it may be a one note wine but it’s a nice note to be stuck on.  Price: $18.90 – Rating: *** ½
