A mix of three vineyards go into this Chardonnay which is well named for the way it attacks the palate with sweet buttered toast and rich succulent white fruit, but then there is also a nice balance of acidity and minerality that helps to keep the wine in check and allows it to have a robust, silky finish.  Rating: ****+
