Wild ferment wines are always fun and interesting. and this Knight's Challenge is no different. It starts off quiet with some mineral-stony elements on the nose, while on the palate there's still not a ton of fruit to get excited about, that mifght come with time, but it's clean, balanced with acidty and comes off a little more Chablis-esque with that chalky-minerality ... this wine definitely has a certain charm.
