Didn’t realize that Henry of Pelham has some pretty old Gamay on their property, but they have traditionally used it for blending, but now they’ve seen the light and they are doing justice to this standalone Gamay wine: white pepper, raspberry, black cherry, with a nice spiced middle and long fruit driven finish.
