We’ve got ourselves a little whole cluster component to this wine, which adds some depth of flavor to the finished wine and some extra spiciness … pure black cherry and strawberry fruit backed by a shake of white pepper – it’s fresh and lively while still having a few years of age-ability ahead of it.
