When I called the winery to find out the price on this gorgeous bottle of Pinot Gris rosé I was told it was already sold out – not surprised based on the price (and only 46 cases were made) – I’ll bet the staff snapped up half of these. Layered and lovely with apricot, pear and wild strawberry, plus there’s a cherry-lime and pink grapefruit finish that seems to hang on and won’t let go. I’m told they are making this again next year, but that doesn’t seem soon enough.  Price: $26.00 – Rating: ****
