This lovely rosé is made primarily from Pinot Noir (58%) along with Gamay, Pinot Gris and Pinot Meunier; there’s a lovely hit of strawberry here that follows quickly with tangerine-raspberry and lime zest all balanced with a wonderful acidity.  Rating: *** ½+
