A blend of 75% Cabernet Franc, 15% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon that is full of smoky cherry, red plum and good spice; it’s pretty intense, but the acidity gives it a restrained note that keep it fresh as well as having good weight.  Rating: ****+
