This is delicious on so many levels - year after year the Stewart Family Reserve Pinot from Quails’ Gate doesn’t disappoint: lovely sour cherry, floral and smoky aromas lead to hints of cran-raspberry, spiced plum, graphite and great acidity for balance. There’s a drink-all-day-edness to it.  Rating: ****+
