Quite possibly my favourite wine from the i4C, now two years in a row – so much so that this year I hopped onto the internet at the event and ordered up a six-pack before everyone else realized what a great deal bubbly this was … 20 months on lees in the traditional method creating both a creamy mid-palate and a crisp finish full of fresh biscuits, lime, apple and mineral sensations. That acidity is a beauty and helps to create that clean finish. Rating: ****+
