There is a really nice sweetness here, but it is balanced by the acidity which makes it one of those wines you at first want to shun, then want to take another sip of: minerality and acidity joins the fray along with Delicious apple, Bartlett pear and even a pretty hit of floral … the finish replays that lovely minerality.
