It’s the complexity of this Chardonnay that is truly what I enjoy. It’s the subtle smokey character, the peach pit, apple cobbler, and lemon drop; there’s the good acidity, the unpredictable length from sip to sip, and repeating finish - there’s also a creamy entry that keeps you guessing where it’s going.
