This wine spent 8 months in neutral oak barrels, which allow the wine within to develop without gaining too much woodsy characteristics. The nose is bright with cranberry and cherry notes, while the palate flips and flops between those two adding raspberry, a touch of earthiness and some sour cherry to the finish - this one is really bright and flavorful with a refreshing acid punch.  Price: $25.00 – Rating: ****
