The base here is Pinot Noir, but there's also some Gamay, Lemberger and Merlot ... all direct pressed. It's a wine with strawberry, raspberry and cherry with a touch of floral, but also has good tannins and texture ... It's a very light wine, reminding me of some Spanish rosés, but it was made for food and dries the palate when drank by its lonesome.  Price: $28.00 - Rating: *** ½
