A Cabernets blend of Cabernet Franc 32% / Cabernet Sauvignon 68%, aged 31 months in oak. The Cabernet Franc has seen the drying method (appassimento), while the Cabernet Sauvignon has not. Spicy nose, leads to gentle spice, plum, cherry, mocha and raspberry on the palate there’s also some mid-weight tannins but ultimately very juicy. (****+)
