This perennial favourite is 100% Cabernet Franc grapes – and the first year it was made I could have sworn there was Sauvignon Blanc in the mix. This year there’s some lovely tart cranberry-grapefruit and lime notes on the nose while the palate doles out raspberry and cranberry with plenty of acidity – very refreshing.
